If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 60 days (Plantronics) or 30 days (Polycom) for a complete refund of the purchase price.
At Founders Telecom there are no re-stocking fees* (see exceptions below)and no hassles. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
1. Simply call us at (800)333-0020 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Authorization Number.
2. There's no problem returning open boxes and used products but please be sure to return your items with original product packaging and documents. Please do not write on the product packaging, do not put tape on it and do not deface it. Place the products into an outer shipping carton rather than just applying a shipping label directly onto the product packaging as this defaces it.
3. Protect yourself by shipping via a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx, Airborne, DHL.
4. Protect yourself by insuring the package for the full retail value in case the package is lost in transit.
Remember: The items you are returning are your responsibility until they are received by Founders Telecom.
