Ideal for users with headsets which do not have the QuickDisconnect and therefore cannot use the traditional Plantronics training cable. With this training adapter you can listen to and monitor calls of employees and agents for training or supervisory purposes; take over the call by simply pressing a button on the training adapter. Easy plug-and-play connection. Simply plug one wireless Plantronics base device (such as CS50, CS55, CS70, Voyager 510S, CA10, CS10, S10, S12, etc.) into the training adapter. When a second headset is plugged into the adapter, either or both microphones can be muted by pressing a mute button on the adapter. When used with Plantronics wireless headsets, this training adapter provides wireless mobility for a supervisor while monitoring a trainee.
