Plantronics DA40 (part #71800-41, formerly 71800-01, 71800-11) has been discontinued and replaced by the Plantronics DA70.

Plantronics DA40 is the economical solution for those wishing to use a commercial-grade Plantronics H-series headset for their computer applications. Connects to computer via USB and to H-series headset via QuickDisconnect, as shown in photo. Ideal for VoIP softphone applications, especially in offices where users already have H-series headsets for their desk phones.

NOTE: The DA55, DA45 and DA60 are similar to the DA40, however, the more expensive Plantronics DA55 and Plantronics DA60 models feature digital signal processing, SoundGuard Plus and echo suppression for more natural dialog flow on VoIP softphone calls. Also, please note that if you require volume control and mute on the adapter cord, you will need to order the Plantronics DA45, DA55 or DA60 instead of this model.
