a Minimum Order Policy?We understand that our $19.00 order minimum may be an inconvenience to those customers who wish to purchase a single ear cushion, cord or ear hook and for that we apologize. Please understand that we would not turn away any business if we could reasonably and profitably process the orders. We simply cannot process an order for a single ear cushion profitably. This is a decision that we had to make in order to effectively run our business with a view to its long term health. We sincerely appreciate your taking the time to click here to better understand our reasoning behind this policy.
