  Shipping When will my order ship?
We make every effort to ship same business day for orders placed by 3:00PM Central. Orders placed after 3PM Central or on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped the next business day.
What is the shipping charge?
UPS Ground to anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States is only $4.95 flat rate per order (NOT per item).
Note: We do not offer Saturday delivery as an option for online orders. If you require Saturday delivery, please call to place your order by phone and ask for a special ship quote.
Do you offer faster shipping methods?
UPS 2nd Day Air: $15.95 for all orders under $500.00 in total merchandise. (Add $15.00 to the ship charge for every additional $500.00 of merchandise thereafter.) Please note that UPS 2nd Day Air means delivery two BUSINESS DAYS after the ship date provided that your order is placed before 3:00PM Central time. UPS delivery will be made by the end of that delivery day. We do not offer Saturday delivery for online orders. Please call to place your order by phone if you require Saturday delivery (additional $10.00 fee for Saturday delivery).
UPS Next Day Air: $29.95 for all orders under $500.00 in total merchandise. (Add $25.00 to the ship charge for every additional $500.00 of merchandise thereafter.) Please note that UPS Next Day Air means delivery on the next BUSINESS DAY following the ship date, provided that your order is placed no later than 3:00PM Central time. We do not offer Saturday delivery for online orders. Please call to place your order by phone if you require Saturday delivery (additional $10.00 fee for Saturday delivery).
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: Shipping charges are generally higher than the flat rate. If your actual shipping cost turns out to be higher than what is shown during the checkout process we will email you with your actual shipping quote to obtain your approval before your order is shipped.
Shipments to Military Boxes (APO/FPO/NPO):
Orders to military APO/FPO boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. During online checkout, please select "Military APO/FPO" from the list of shipping methods. Most military orders will ship for a flat rate of $15.95, however larger orders may be higher. (If your shipping charge will be higher, we'll notify you by email.)
International Orders:
Please send us an email at sales@founderstelecom.com to request a special shipping quote outside the United States. In your email, please include the item you are interested in purchasing as well as the quantity. Please also include your city, country and postal code. A response will be sent to you via email by the next business day.
