Can my company pay by purchase order?

Can I return my headset if I don't like it?
Yes, you have 60 days to try your items to make sure that they suit your needs. If you are unhappy for any reason during the first 30 days, just call us for a return authorization number before shipping back to us. There's never a re-stocking fee and never a hassle.
Are Plantronics products covered by a manufacturer's warranty?
Yes, all Plantronics products are under warranty. All "H" and "P" series headsets and all corded adapters are covered by a 2-year commercial warranty. All "M" series headsets, headset accessories and cordless adapters have a 1-year consumer warranty. Founders Telecom can answer all your Plantronics warranty questions so give us a call today.

How much does shipping cost?

Will I be charged sales tax?
We are only responsible for collecting sales tax on orders delivered within the state Texas. We do not collect sales tax on shipments made to any other states.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes! Shipments to Canada via standard shipping are just $9.95, which INCLUDES customs brokerage fee. For orders to countries outside the US and Canada, please email us for a quote by clicking here.
Does Founders offer volume discounts?

What if I don't see the item I want on your website?
If you don't see the Plantronics headset, adapter or accessory that you need, just give us a call and we'll get it for you. If Plantronics makes it, we can supply it.
Do you carry Plantronics unamplified P-Series Polaris headsets?
Yes, we carry all Plantronics products. If your telephone system has a dedicated headset jack, you are a potential candidate for a Plantronics Polaris headset model. Please click here to see if your phone system is compatible.
Do you offer refurbished Plantronics products?
Founders Telecom only offers factory-new Plantronics products. We do not offer refurbished or remanufactured products.

Can I use a Plantronics headset with my cordless phone?
Plantronics M-series mobile headsets are compatible with all manufacturers' cordless phones, provided that the phone is equipped with a 2.5mm headset jack. If you are unsure as to whether your phone has a headset jack, please give us a call for additional guidance.
