Can I return my headset if I don't like it?
Yes, you have 30 days to try your items to make sure that they suit your needs. If you are unhappy for any reason during the first 30 days, just call us for a return authorization number before shipping back to us. There's never a re-stocking fee and never a hassle.
Are Plantronics products covered by a manufacturer's warranty?
Yes, all Plantronics products are under warranty. All "H" and "P" series headsets and all corded adapters are covered by a 2-year commercial warranty.
