How do I place my order?

Can I return my headset if I don't like it?
Yes, you have 30 days to try your items to make sure that they suit your needs. If you are unhappy for any reason during the first 30 days, just call us for a return authorization number before shipping back to us. There's never a re-stocking fee and never a hassle.

Are Plantronics products covered by a manufacturer's warranty?
Yes, all Plantronics products are under warranty. All "H" and "P" series headsets and all corded adapters are covered by a 2-year commercial warranty. All "M" series headsets, headset accessories and cordless adapters have a 1-year consumer warranty. Founders Telecom can answer all your Plantronics warranty questions so give us a call today.

Will I be charged sales tax?
We are only responsible for collecting sales tax on orders delivered within the state Texas. We do not collect sales tax on shipments made to any other states.

Does Founders offer volume discounts?
Yes! Most products on this web site are automatically displayed with pricing at 1-2 units, 3-10 units and 11+ units.
