With this training adapter you can listen to and monitor calls of employees and agents for training or supervisory purposes; take over the call by simply pressing a button on the training adapter. Easy plug-and-play connection. Simply plug one wireless Plantronics base device (such as CS50, CS55, CS70, Voyager 510S, CA10, CS10, S10, S12, etc.) into the training adapter. When a second headset is plugged into the adapter, either or both microphones can be muted by pressing a mute button on the adapter. When used with Plantronics wireless headsets, this training adapter provides wireless mobility for a supervisor while monitoring a trainee.
