Part Number 64402-14 (formerly 64402-11)This is the replacement headset only for the Plantronics CS50 or the Avaya AWH55 wireless headset system, for those who have lost or broken their headset. This part does not work on its own so ONLY order this item if you already have the CS50 (or AWH55) system and only need to replace the headset device. This does not come with any wearing attachments such as earhook or headband. If you need those parts please click on ear hook, headband or neckband.
IMPORTANT: Check the bottom of your wireless base tower for your model number to be sure it is the CS50 or AWH55. This headset will only pair with these specific models. If you have a different model wireless base, please click here to select the corresponding replacement headset.
