  Plantronics RD-1 Ring Detect Pod for
use with Shoretel IP Phones and
Toshiba DP5000-Series Phones
For use with Wireless headsets only!For Shoretel IP phone models IP 565G, IP 560G, IP 560, IP 230, IP 265, IP 530 and IP 212K,and Toshiba DP5000-Series, IPT 2008 SDL, IPT 2010 SD and IPT 2020 SD phones you can use this RD-1 Ring Detector (78887-01) instead of the HL10 handset lifter for remote call answer/end capability when used with any of the Plantronics wireless office headset systems (CS55, CS70, CS351N, CS540, Savi W730, W740, WO100, etc.). These Shoretel phones and Toshiba phones support native "load detect" (LD) therefore no HL10 handset lifter is needed. This RD-1 ring detector will provide a beep tone in your earpiece to alert you to a new call coming in. Simply press the button on your earpiece from anywhere within your 300 ft. range to answer/end your call.
