The Plantronics DA55 USB Adapter (part #65903-01) connects any Plantronics H-series headset to your computer's USB port for softphone telephony and voice recogntion applications. DA55 provides digital signal processing (DSP) for optimal call clarity as well as SoundGuard Plus technology to protect listeners from sudden, strident transmissions, and echo suppression for more natural conversations. The Plantronics DA55 is the same as the Plantronics DA60 except that the DA55 does not include call center software or inline volume/mute buttons. If you do not require special call center software to manage individual agent profiles and decibel monitoring, buy the DA55 rather than the DA60 and save significantly.
