Plantronics CT12 is a 2.4 GHz DSS cordless headset telephone ideal for small office and home use. Range is up to 150' from base. This analog, single-line telephone plugs into a standard modular wall jack. (Not compatible with digital PBX office phone systems like those requiring you to dial a "9" to get a line.) Remote pack of the Plantronics CT12, about the size of a pager, clips to your belt; 10-number speed dial, mute, flash, redial and channel functions. Wear convertible headset over-the-head or over-the-ear (click to enlarge small inset photo). Noise-canceling microphone reduces background noise. Microphone also features unique Firefly™ at the tip which lights up to let others around you know that you're on a call. Rechargeable battery provides 5.5 hours continuous talk time and 10 days standby; base is charger. Remote pack has back-lit caller ID display. (Note: Caller ID is a paid service from your local phone co.) Choice of 10 ring tones. 1-year warranty.

NOTE: AT&T, Lucent or Avaya "Partner" phone users may use the CT12 as a cordless remote telephone by plugging the base tower into the auxiliary port found on the bottom of the Partner phone.
