All Plantronics H-series headsets require an amplifier, adapter or patch cable to connect to your telephone. We recommend the NEW Plantronics M22 Vista. The predecessor model Plantronics M12 Vista is also still available below. Both models are compatible with most single and multi-line telephones. Features include mute, one-button selection between headset and handset, separate outgoing/incoming volume controls, easy set up, excellent sound quality and the convenient QuickDisconnect feature. Two AA batteries are included. An A/C power adapter is not necessary but is available as an optional accessory. (Note: The M12 replaces the former model Plantronics M10.) IMPORTANT: You'll need a headset to use with the M12 Vista or M22 Vista. Select a Plantronics Over-the-head, Over-the-Ear, Behind-the-Head or Convertible headset. All of the headsets shown in these four sections feature the reciprocating QuickDisconnect piece which snaps into the QuickDisconnect at the end of the M12 cord.
