We currently ship via UPS. We make every effort to ship your order the same business day (for orders placed by 3:00PM Central Time). Within the contiguous United States, our rates are as follows:
UPS-Ground: $6.95 flat rate for your entire order, regardless of order size
UPS-2nd Day Air: $15.95 flat rate for orders under $500.00 (add $15.00 for every additional $500.00 of merchandise)
UPS-Next Day Air: $29.95 flat rate for orders under $500.00 (add $25.00 for every additional $500.00 of merchandise)
NOTE: For orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, shipping charges may be higher.
Military Boxes (APO/FPO/NPO):We ship via USPS Priority Mail for $15.95 for small orders. If your order is larger and goes over that amount, you'll receive an email with a shipping quote for your approval.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone or email for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which is required in advance for all returns. Once you have received your RAN, please write it on your shipping label for accurate processing of your credit card refund. Your refund will be issued to your credit card upon receipt of returned merchandise.
