The Plantronics HL-1 deck-style handset lifter can be used with the Plantronics A20, S20, CA10, CS10, CS50, CS55, CS70, Voyager 510S, CS351, CS351N, CS361, CS361N, AWH54 and Avaya LKA10. The HL-1 automatically lifts your phone's handset receiver off-hook enabling you to answer and end calls remotely.
IMPORTANT: The Plantronics HL-1 deck-style handset lifter is only recommended for phones which are incompatible with the newer Plantronics HL10 lifter. Telephone models for which we recommend the HL-1 deck-style lifter are as follows:
