Plantronics pivot ring (part number 45650-03 replaced prior part number 45650-01) fits around the speaker portion of the convertible DuoSet headset allowing the post of the ear hook to be inserted. For use when wearing the DuoSet headset in the over-the-ear mode, as shown in inset photo (click on photo to enlarge). Note: The DuoSet is the headset that comes packaged with the CS10, S10, S12, S20, T10, T20, CT12, CT14, M170 and M175. If you also need the ear hook for the DuoSet, you can choose any of these three styles: bendable ear hook; rigid plastic ear hooks in three sizes; flexible rubber ear hook with cord restraint grips.
