Grandstream IP Phone Models GXP-1200, GXP-1400, GXP-1405, GXP-1450, GXP-2010, GXP-2020, GXP-2100, GXP-2124, GXP-2130, GXP-2140, GXP-2160 have a dedicated RJ9 headset port and are headset-ready. No need for an external amplifier box.

Simply select any Plantronics H-series headset such as the convertible Plantronics HW540 Encore Pro, Plantronics HW251N Supra Plus, or any other Plantronics headset model starting with the letter "H." You will also need the special direct-connect Quick Disconnect cable Plantronics U10P-S shown below. This will allow you to plug the headset right into the dedicated headset port on your Grandstream phone (Please note that the only Grandstream model that does not fall under this category is the GXP-2000.)
